Biofeedback: Non-invasive electronic instruments record the ongoing information about the subtle changes in physiologic stress responses (hand temperature, heart rate, muscle tension and respiration). Carpal Tunnel Syndrome (CTS):Is a pain syndrome of the wrist, caused by a compression of the medial nerve which usually results in an inflammation of the flexor tendons. Trager Approach:Developed by Dr. Martin Trager, 60 plus years ago, this body work creates new possibilities in movement, thinking and feeling. It has successfully treated a number of neuromuscular disorders as well as daily stress and strain. For an hour and a half a client lies on a heavily padded table and is gently cradled or rocked suggesting the freedom of movement. This is followed by simple movement sequences called Mentastics, which are used as tools in working with particular problems.
